Megan Ward, Relationship Manager
Megan has worked for WealthCare Partners since December of 2008. She has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Indiana University. Her past experience includes banking management, retail operations/security and sales. Megan is the first point of contact for WealthCare Partners and enjoys getting to know the clients. She coordinates client meetings and WealthCare events.
Donna Smith, Operations Manager
Donna has worked for WealthCare Partners since 2009 and has over 20 years of small business office management experience. She enjoys the personal interaction with the clients that a small business enables. She was born in Indianapolis, spent most of her life on the west side, and now resides in Brownsburg. She and her husband, John, enjoy spending time with their family, playing golf, and traveling. Taking photos of her grandchildren is one of her favorite pastimes. She is an active member at her church, Pleasant Heights Baptist Church, serving in women’s ministry and the children’s ministry.
Christy Syester, Operations Support

WealthCare Partner’s Operations Support, Christy Syester, has been with WealthCare Partners since the Fall of 2010. Her duties at WealthCare Partners are to prepare and process applications and any other fund correspondence paper work needed for clients and help maintain client record archives.
Christy has lived in Hendricks County (west of Indianapolis) since she was 5 years old and currently resides in Lizton, with her husband, Bill, and their two sons. Christy graduated from Brownsburg High School and Ball State University with a Major in Psychology. Bill graduated from Ben Davis High School and is a Union Pipefitter.
Christy’s number one priority is her family. She is very close to her parents who live a few houses down the road from her. Both of her sons play basketball, baseball, and football. This keeps her extremely busy with their never ending sports activities all year around. She also enjoys watching sports, automobile racing, volunteering at the local elementary school, and hanging out with her family at her backyard pool.
